Passing on the greatness that is crochet!!

Been a while since I posted.... Have had a busy couple of months on fieldwork for my course.  Have still been sneaking in a few squares as a form of relaxation.

We had another catch up night with the craft girls (ex kindy mums)  Craft group really is just code word for wine/cider, food and laughs.
Plenty of the above was had by those of us who could make this session, this time at Jo's.  One of the mums had already had a drinks function and potluck dinner and rolled in the door full of the joys.  It was with great interest to see how her sewing skills would go with the task of sewing on badges on her sons Scout uniform :)

I have discovered a slightly different way of doing my squares and this has ignited the obsession even more.

I'm delighted to report that I have hooked another person into the dastardly claws of crochet.  Leanne was wanting to learn and picked it up 50 times faster than myself and she has just said that she has taken to crocheting at work...and it's only been 6 days!!
